About Focus Goods

Hi, I'm Bam

I started Focus Goods because I got late-diagnosed AuADHD and suddenly everything made sense — and also nothing did. I spent ages looking for gifts and everyday goods that actually reflected how my brain works. Not inspirational quotes about hustle. Not pastel "mindfulness" sets clearly designed by someone who has never lost their keys inside their own hand.

I wanted things that were honest, a bit funny, and actually made for a brain like mine. So I made them. Focus Goods is that shop — built from lived experience, not a marketing brief.

For the community, by the community

Focus Goods exists because neurodivergent experiences deserve to be celebrated, not just accommodated. We make playful, affirming goods — mugs, journals, desk mats, canvas prints and more — designed with genuine care for the AuADHD brain.

The humour here isn't punchlines at our expense. The design language isn't generic “productivity” aesthetics rebranded with a brain emoji. Everything is made with — and for — the people who know what executive dysfunction loading actually feels like, who have 47 tabs open and zero tasks done, and who found out their brain works differently in ways that changed everything.

What we stand for

  • No neuro-washing. We don't slap a rainbow on “hustle harder” and call it inclusive. Every product comes from real AuADHD experience, not a corporate trend report.
  • Made for minds like yours. If you've ever felt like shops weren't made with you in mind — this one is. Full stop.
  • Zero waste, on demand. Everything is printed fresh when you order. No overstock, no landfill, no compromise.

How our products are made

Every Focus Goods product is made fresh to order through our print-on-demand partner. No warehouse, no waste, no batch runs. Each item is made specifically for you when you order it — and it means we can keep adding new designs as the community grows.

Designed with AI tools and real lived experience

Our designs are built from real neurodivergent experiences, language, and community humour. We use AI-assisted design tools alongside genuine lived experience — and we're upfront about that. This isn't corporate copycats running a trend search. It's a late-diagnosed AuADHD founder using every tool available to get more affirming goods into the world, faster. Not apologising for it either.
