Made to order
Because every Focus Goods product is printed fresh specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check product details and size guides carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, we will fix it — at no cost to you. Email hello@focusgoods.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number or the email address used at checkout
- A clear photo showing the issue
- Whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund
We'll arrange a reprint or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Lost in transit
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card provider.
